What if I am a beginner in fitness?
No worries. Our instructors will tailor their program to your fitness goals. After registering you will be sent a questionnaire which will give our trainers the information they need to create a program suitable to your fitness level.

What do I need to bring for my fitness program?
The most important thing you need to bring is a good attitude. Water, towel and mat are also recommended. Appropriate clothes and footwear for the weather is necessary.

Soccer

What if my son/daughter is a beginner in soccer?
There is no bad time to expose your son/daughter to soccer. For our soccer camps we separate the athletes by age/gender/skill level. We have seen tremendous improvement from our players from the first time they have touched a ball.

What do I need to bring to my soccer program?
All players must have appropriate sport specific clothing, foot wear (i.e. cleats, turf shoes), water and shin-guards are recommended. If this is something you do not have you can purchase shorts, jackets and jerseys off our store.

Who arranges where you train/practice?
In regards to our soccer programs we will come to where your team is based. If your preferred Excel Performance soccer program runs on a different time from when you train we cannot guarantee a preferred time slot. We will offer a grass field during daylight hours in your area. Our staff will do everything to accommodate a time/place that works for everyone. We will not book field turf fields and pay for the costs on short-notice.

General Questions

There will be a cancellation fee of $25 for all cancelled appointments up to 6 hours prior to start of the program.

We are looking for a specific gender to run a program?
We cannot guarantee that we can have a specific Excel Performance women or male to run the program. This is due to staff conflicts with specific dates. We can guarantee that we will have a highly-qualified instructor to help you achieve your goals!

Where are you located?
We are centrally located in North Delta and New Westminster. That said we run our programs all over the lower mainland. The advantage of Excel Performance is that we come to you! If your soccer team is based in Vancouver there is no need to drive anywhere! If you just want a personal trainer in your living room, we can make it happen!

Do you offer Gift Cards?
"Gift Cards" can be purchased by contacting an Excel Performance representative at info@excelperformance.ca

How do I determine my shipping costs?
We have flat shipping costs to make it easier for the consumer. BC Residents will only be charged $5 for all their purchases, while all other Canadian, USA and International residents will be charged $10.

Are services available on weekends and holidays?
Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Except where otherwise specified, shipping and delivery services are not available on weekends or holidays. Holidays include all Canadian and BC.

What about Tax?
Standard 12% HST applies to all purchases worldwide.

What if I want to send a cheque?
All cheques should be sent to:

A $40 NSF will be charged if the cheque cannot be processed.

When will the purchased items be processed and sent?
All purchased items will be sent 2-3 days after payment is received.

What if the size you ordered is out of stock?
We will communicate to you immediately and give you an approximate number of days for your item to be re-stocked and shipped.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and cheques. Buyers Can Checkout Without a PayPal Account. If you have a PayPal account you may also make purchases with your credit card, debit card, or bank account. These are the most secure and safest ways to purchase any Excel Performance merchandise.

When will my purchased item come in the mail?
Excel Performance ships all its merchandise via Expresspost. All items are tracked, delivery times are guaranteed and their delivery status can be checked online. Any items weighed over 30kg will be charged the appropriate costs.
