We understand your busy schedule and we will work out a training regime that works for you! 7 days a week from 6am-11pm.

Anywhere in Greater Vancouver. We just need an 8x8 workout space and your time. This includes parks, beaches, gyms, living rooms or any other space that makes your life more convenient.

Past locations include: Stanley Park, Jericho Beach, Delta Watershed and many more.

Our trainers come with the following equipment: Dumbbells, bosu balls, exercise balls, balance boards, skipping ropes, exercise mats, resistance bands, vest-weights and much more...

What program is good for you?
One of the largest reasons people drop an exercise program is lack of interest. If what you're doing isn't fun, it's hard to keep it up, and our instructors are aware of these facts. The good news is that there are tons of different variety in our fitness activities that to keep you coming back to reach your goals. When picking the right type of fitness program, it can help to consider your workout personality. For instance, do you like to work out alone and on your own schedule? Or do you like the shared motivation and companionship that comes from being part of a group? You'll also want to think about how much time you can set aside for your fitness program.

Our staff will offer a goal oriented and results based program that will lend itself to any particular individual seeking training. If you are a beginner in fitness or an inspiring athlete we have the “right” program for you. Total Refinement Boot Camp (4-10 Athletes)

If you want to join a group or want to organize a group of friends, Total Refinement Boot Camp is what you are looking for. Athletes will be put through a high-intensity training circuit with our educated staff.

The majority of our total refinement camp training is in an outdoor environment rain or shine. This functions as a high-intensity work-out class. All our instructors have an extensive history in sports and will run a functional, organized circuit of training which will get your body into fantastic shape! Remember for our fitness programs, we come to you! If you have enough people in a specific area to start a total refinement camp we will start a weekly class in that area. We will find an outdoor facility for total refinement boot camp training that is convenient for you. Any indoor facility for all our fitness programs can be arranged with the specific costs and notice factored in.

Before you participate in your first class you must register:

  1. In the registration process please select your first class/time/location
  2. Be specific on your first class/time/location if uncertain please book at a later time
  3. Future classes will be made by emailing your choice of class/time/location
  4. Do not expect to show up and there be a class running without a booking
  5. Expect a confirmation email after you book minimum 6 hours after booking
  6. List of the participants names will be emailed out the evening prior confirming the session.
  7. If class is cancelled, an email will go out the evening prior.
  8. Times and location are subject to change
  9. Payment will be made in form of cheque (payable to Excel Performance Inc), cash, or online via paypal.

Refinement Boot Camp Fitness Assessment

Groups of: 1-4

Group fitness assessments to track you and your friend’s fitness progression. Monthly fitness assessments will be administered prior to ones refinement class.

Testing will be based on cardiovascular endurance, anaerobic capacity, muscular endurance and self-measurements. Emailed reports will be given to all members after each assessment.

No facility, no problem! We will visit your work site prior to our first fitness program to help determine the best space for your class (indoors or outdoors). We will than arrange for a fully qualified, professional and friendly instructor to teach your class.

Finding an eating plan that works for you is also important to reaching your fitness goals. If you are working out and not eating properly, you will never see your true results. This can be frustrating and lead to the end of what could be a very rewarding and life changing experience!

Where?

A conference room, gym, park, lobby or any other suitable space. Our staff will come prior to the first class and check the space provided. The space will need to fit a maximum of 12 participants. If not suitable, we will find an indoor location close in close proximity to your office.

When?

In the morning, afternoon or after work. We are excited and ready to work with your company to help see results.

Equipment

Our staff at Excel Performance have all the appropriate equipment to run a fun, high-tempo, calorie-burning, strength-training class.

Snacks

All the snacks will be prepared by the award-winning Tall Order Culinary Team. The snacks will be allotted for the maximum 12 participants who engage in the fitness class. If there are any specific requests or allergies, please notify the Excel Performance team 1 week prior to start date.

Sports Conditioning

Excel Performance’s sports conditioning program is Ideal for any athlete or team looking to get to the next fitness level. The program is a combination of our highly-effective speed training from our SAQ and the vital importance of speed endurance. The sports conditioning program will help the athlete maintain the highest % of speed to generate power that will achieve results. By improving VO2 max. the athlete will see results in total distance covered in competitive play. If you or your team is in the midst of pre-season, off-season, during season or coming off an injury this program will get you back to the level of fitness you will need to achieve optimal results.
